The “Oscars” of gaming, the Global Gaming Awards, just dropped their list of nominees across 15 categories – and it’s jam-packed with the industry’s biggest movers and shakers.
Yup, after teasing us last week with just the “Executive of the Year” category, the Awards finally unveiled their full lineup of gaming gangstas up for top honors this year. We’re talking about the crispiest operators, the flyest suppliers – if you’re anyone who’s anyone in gaming, you’re probably on this list.
“Massive congrats to all the ballers in gaming who scored a nomination,” said Mariya Savova, head honcho of the Awards. “With so many crazy strong contenders, narrowing it down was no joke. If you see your name on that list, go ahead and pat yourself on the back because you’re officially in the top 10 in your field, baby.”
And make no mistake, these nominations ain’t no popularity contest. The Global Gaming Awards are all about recognizing sheer talent and innovation. Every single nom reflects straight-up skills – just peep the nominations’ magazine if you need the receipts.
When it comes to the voting process, things stay on the up and up thanks to independent auditing by KPMG. And the winners? Chosen by 50 of the biggest execs in the game – we’re talking CEOs from Kambi, Paf, Light & Wonder… straight-up OGs.
Nominations were decided through a ton of research, self-submissions and industry expert opinions. Only the hottest of the hot made the cut.
